You are asked to introduce yourself, then you present a 15 minute sample tutoring session which you've prepared in advance to demonstrate the way you teach, followed up with different questions

The format of the interview is as follows; 1 Introduction (briefly introduce yourself and your background) 2 Demonstration (pretend to hold a lesson for one of the IB subject topics picked by the recruiter) 3 General questions (scenario-based questions and practical questions such as schedule)
