They called me for a brief phone interview and then another interview with the brand manager, but they were neither clear nor professional regarding the job requirements mentioned in the posting. The interview turned out to be a waste of time; it was easy but irrelevant, as they focused on topics that were neither listed in the job description nor relevant to the position. Their HR department should have a clear understanding of what they’re looking for before contacting candidates and wasting their time. Moreover, they lack professionalism in communication- disappearing without providing any feedback, unlike reputable and professional firms.
