Lots of twist and turns! Sham!
Recruiter interview followed by video interview.
I applied for a role and recruiter threw a keyword which turned out to be a slightly different title and role that showed up on their web site. When sought clarification, recruiter promoted this new role but did not rule out the role I applied for.
Then I received an email stating that the VP will be interviewing for this newly proposed role and asked to choose a time. But the interview was scheduled with a junior employee instead of the VP. While that interview went well, it did not go any further. I got the rejection letter for the job I originally applied for and not the job I was interviewed for!!!
Waste of time!
Found the interview process to be pretty standard. First had an initial phone screen with a recruiter followed by an intro interview with a lead team member. Then a homework assignment, an interview with the hiring manager, and a virtual onsite.

Question 1
The virtual onsite was mostly around approach and thought process working with different types of data and metrics you might see during your day-to-day work. I'd say the homework is good preparation for the types of questions asked in the later stages.
