The hiring procedure included 3 phases
1)Pre-Placement Talk where in the company presented its area of working, the job profile of an engineer and the salary offered
2)General aptitude Test: Containing 3 sections verbal quantitative and analytical ability tests. 30 questions in each section and a sectional cut off. One is required to clear this stage to appear for the PI
3)Personal Interview: Technical and HR based interview by a panel of 1 or 2 professionals
