Need to be vey careful while negotiating for salary. Cheaters will give ESOP as salary without disclosing that there is a service bond for 7 years. No / meagre increments year on year. No rewards for good work. Only lethargic / chamchas are rewarded. Widespread corruption/ manipulation, open bribes by purchase/ procurement depatmnets.

They die to get people, since they do not pay market driven salaries. Hence no difficult question from their side. You may ask a difficult question to them - Is there any condition attached with ESOP? You may or may not get a correct answer.
Interview was held at vadodra L&T Campus . As i m in QAQC role ,so they asked more on NDT section and material inspection process . They asked also in ISO 9001 Audit process .

The process is fair and quite satisfying. If was a very through process. The panelists are knowledgeable and ask detailed questions which are relevant. There is much to learn in this organization and in general with good policies

Aptitude Test followed by GD and PI.
Normal Aptitude test with 50 question with elementary math and data interpretation question. PI will be mostly technical and related to domain knowledge.
