Latika Roy Foundation interview questions

This was 23 years ago when it was much smaller than it is now. The interview was with the Founder/ ED, very relaxed and informal. She is the sort of person who believes in putting people at ease, seeing potential (which you might not have realised you have!) and appreciating it.

Friendly, Will check what commitment level you can offer accordingly they might offer you a part time, full time or volunteering role, interview is done in a casual manner.
