Interview
The experience is relatively painless. I received a call from HR personnel and was told to be in Tulsa Oklahoma to interview. I spoke with a rig mgr and then was sent to do my drug test and physical. Then I spent a week in classroom time and was sent to a rig.

Interview
They call on the phone and ask questions to see if you know anything about a drilling rig.
Then they tell you to bring two forms of ID, but don't tell you which ones, so you have to get your wife to FedEx one to Tulsa. They need the usual forms of ID, Like SS card, DL, Passport, etc.
