This was probably the worst company I have ever interviewed with. They advertise themselves as a B2B marketing company, but it is LITERALLY sales. Interviewer was very unclear about how employees are paid, she showed me a chart and told me that I would be making about $500 a week if doing this full time, but failed to mentioned it was straight commission (employees only receive $10 for every $50 they sell). You literally walk around for 10 hours a day, going into businesses, trying to sell their employees/managers tickets for sporting events. They ignore the "no soliciting" signs, and are the stereotypical "pushy" salesmen. You are not reimbursed for miles, gas, etc., nor are you guaranteed a paycheck. The "second interview" is a shadowing day, which I was aware of, but I was not told I would be getting in the car with a stranger (one of their sales people) who would be driving me an hour and a half away, to another state, to walk around and sell pirates tickets. The man I was shadowing made a few derogatory comments about my age, and when I expressed concerns about how employees may only make $20 day, he told me I did not have to drive or the personality to undertake this position. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
