I had one face to face interview and met with two people, the manager and a Sr team member. The recruiter set the interview up for 3 PM but told the others we were meeting at 1 PM so the initial impression to them was that I was two hours late, which was inaccurate. A week after the meeting I followed up with the recruiter and asked her where they were in the hiring process. She said she hadn't heard any feedback but if she did she would let me know (as opposed to following up for me per my inquiry).
