The process was very rigorous but well thought out as they had me move through each step. I appreciate the time they took with their process. I would have liked to receive a phone call after three rounds of interviewing to let me know of the final two people I was not receiving an offer.

Question 1
How do you provide inclusion in the classroom when it comes to diversity?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Laurel School in June 2014
Interview
I was initially introduced to the job by an employee of the school. I was given a contact number within the Maintenance Department, sent out my resume, and received a prompt call requesting to set up an interview. I went into the interview, was asked the standard interview questions, and left after no more than twenty minutes. Overall a very efficient experience, highly recommended for anyone in college looking for a decent summer job.
