Laurier Optical interview questions

I went for the interview to find out that the position was not as advertised. I offered insights to how they could improve usability of their website and I was invited to meet the founder. When I met him he told me to write a proposal of all of the changes I would make to his website and he would get back to me. He never got back to me. I emailed several times when I realized that their website was under construction and I got no response. I even noted an error in the design in one of my emails and noticed that the errors were removed and I still did not get a reply. They used almost all of my ideas and I got no credit, nor did I get compensation.
