Interview process was pretty straightforward. Phone Screening first, In-office Interview second, then I got to ride out with one of the teams to get a feel of how things worked. I was pretty impressed with the level of training and professionalism from top-to-bottom after being initially skeptical. Good team, Great management, Incredible opportunity.
