Lavi Industries interview questions

Interviewed with HR first, then Director of Sales, then Director of Sales and Sales Manager. Very open interview - more conversation based and then followed up with Director of Sales and President.

Average interview process of briefly talking over the phone and scheduling the first interview. First interview was very long and drawn out as they spent most of the time talking about the company and essentially trying to sell me on it. Was an interesting experience and it didn't seem the interviewer was very experienced in the process.
