Straight forward. 2 rounds with management and asked about experience and my sales techniques. Ended up getting the job. Very easy interview process and was transparent. Nothing crazy or out of the ordinary in this process
An easy interview is a seamless, professional exchange where the conversation flows naturally and the traditional power dynamic shifts into a balanced partnership. Instead of feeling like a high-stakes interrogation, the dialogue feels like a structured "coffee chat" centered on mutual goals and shared industry language.
In this scenario, the interviewer often pivots from vetting your qualifications to actively selling you on the company’s vision and culture. When your preparation aligns perfectly with the questions asked, the experience becomes less about defending your resume and more about exploring how your specific expertise can solve their immediate challenges.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Lawmatics (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2024
Interview
It was okay- they seem like a good company and were nice, lots of questions and sales tactics. Seems like a lot of lead generation nand cold calling, which I am not interested in so I did. Not move forward
