Lawn Butler interview questions

The process took two weeks, a phone interview following an in-person interview. They extended an offer far below earning potential for similar positions in the area. Took about a week to respond to salary negotiations, after requesting a day or two to think it over the offer was rescinded because I didn't accept right away. "Earnings" were calculated in the offer letter using benefits and perks as cash calculations, artificially inflating income by ~15k. This was misleading and borderline dishonest in my opinion.
