Interview
He made sure you know about the accounting procedures when interviewing. A lot of emphasizing if you know any accounting software. Especially MI, which is the software they use for their accounting work.
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Le Jardin Community Center (Homestead, FL) in July 2016
Interview
Unfriendly office–I walked in and wasn't even greeted with a smile. Everyone looked miserable. The interview started out normal enough but then became a full-on oral quiz on policy terminology (by which I was caught totally off guard). The interviewer barely looked at me as she wrote down everything I said and went on to correct me on the questions I answered incorrectly in a very pretentious way (I'm pretty sure she even threw in a few curse words in there). She then proceeded to give me an unwarranted evaluation pointing out things that *I* did wrong in the interview and told me that I was a "medium qualified candidate". It was the most humiliating and uncomfortable interview I've ever had. I would write more but basically most of the things she said/did was incredibly harsh and completely turned me off from wanting to work there. She didn't even walk me out. Worst part is...I endured all of this for a part-time clerk position that called for a high school student education for $10 an hour.
