Lead Tech Web Developer interview questions

After a phone call from Stephen who is a very nice person. I got sent a test to build a small website . After that, one to one interview with the lead developer and Stephen. Even though I got accepted I ended up staying at my job because the commute was a bit far. Very nice place and staff.
