#Manager Interview (Lack of Confidence in the Company's Future)
In the second stage, interviews with the hiring manager. However, in this case, the manager expressed uncertainty or a lack of confidence in the company’s future. This could be reflected in their demeanor, comments about the company’s direction, or concerns about its stability or growth. Such a conversation might make uneasy, as it raises questions about job security and the company's long-term prospects.
