Was a temporary hire which is a longer process because I had to deal with both the temp agency and the company. The interview was a bit unorganized because I meet with HR, department supervisor and the department director.

Basic question over qualifications, hypothetical, etc
I was schedule to interview with 6 people in management, interview went well. The management staff is very knowledgeable and technical. A presentation was also required with upper management. After the presentation I was lead out, it lasted about 5 hours.

Interview
Face to face interviews seem more relaxed but much better than typical pharmaceutical companies. They take into account personality and personal interests and how they relate to the job.
