Phone call with recruiter, 2 Zoom calls with manager. The recruiter asked easy questions to screen for basic competency. Managers asked about sales experience or passion and second call was a practical call.

Within 5 seconds I was asked to unblur my background which is probably the biggest and fastest red flag I've ever receive in my professional career.

Interview
Met with the hiring manager, it was quick (it's a startup). Team was high-caliber and knew what they wanted. Very intentional with the questions they asked. I was hired withing a few weeks, and brought up to speed quickly.
