Interview
First did a phone interview with HR, and then the team I would be working for (separate interviews with staff). After the staff interviews I then waited for HR to call me with an offer for a few weeks.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Leaf Group (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
There were multiple rounds with different members of the team, which took about 2-3 hours. Some questions were repetitive. They asked about my editorial process, what makes good/bad content, walked through my resume and experience.
I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Leaf Group (Santa Monica, CA) in June 2016
Interview
Efficient and concise. Details were sent prior, so no surprises. The managers were friendly and direct. I knew what I was getting myself into with the company - everyone with whom I spoke was transparent from the jump. They each made clear their plans for me and the company for the next 6-12 months, which was reassuring. I did read a few things on Glassdoor that had me a bit nervous, and while the claims written here weren't unfounded, my anxiety was unneeded.
