I feel very discouraged after this process. It was several months long and I did five interviews. I then had to check in each time after over a week to see what was going on and to get any response. When I did get rejected I asked for feedback and they couldn’t provide me with anything to work on or skills to acquire. Everyone that I spoke to was kind but five interviews is a lot to ask from someone just to reject them (and have to be the one to continually follow-up).
