the process overall was quick and the hiring manager was friendly and had a great personality. when I did my group interview, you can tell right away that the co-founder was not interested. he did not make any eye contact and had a rude attitude anyways. he definitely thought he was better than everyone. additionally, the place has an incredibly small group of minority employees. I got passed over for this role .... and I saw it was offered to a non-minority. shocking.
