      Lean Coach/Consultant Interview

      20 Mar 2015
      Anonymous employee
      London, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lean Coaching (London, England) in Oct 2011

      Interview

Interview 1. A 30 minute telephone conference interview with 2 or 3 project managers/Directors. Covering aspects of Lean, your experience, a few "What if" scenarios and general Q&A at the end. If successful you get invited to a second face to face interview. Interview 2. Lasts over 1 Hour with 2 or 3 Directors present. As above but more in depth, they want to know how you have mentored/coached/directed others in the past. expectation is that you will have worked with senior managers/directors in previous roles. Toyota TPS experience IS an advantage. Expect questions on TPS and lean methodologies

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How would you handle an employee of a client who didn't want to do this "Lean" thing
