Interview
The interview process went very very good. It was very structured, professional and smooth. There was a good communication between the hiring manager, the HR and the team. All the process has been explained upfront with the HR officer who was always available for any kind of questions.

You can be asked any kind of questions about your background, your experience, why you would like to join LeanIX, why you would like to work in tech sales, how do you think you can be successful or be asked to prepare a role-play.
The job interview was straightforward and uncomplicated. The recruiters were very open, clear, and transparent in their communication, which made the entire process smooth, easy to understand, and reassuring that was an overall good process.

Interview
First applied online for the job itself. After a while receive a call from the internal recruiter and discussed my application, experience and motivations. The application process was explained. Scheduled an interview with the Sales Team leader and had to do a test before the first interview. After the test and the interview that went well got invited to the Key Interview where further tasks were given, Overrall good and proffessional experience
