Interview
The interview process is composed of a recruiter screening, aptitude test, interview w/ hiring manager, panel interview incl. case study, final interview w/ global Head of BD – I've had an overall great experience, as all interviews felt like relaxed conversations between professionals. I was throughout encouraged to ask as many questions as possible, which I appreciated very much. The process took in total around 10 days, the entire communication with LeanIX was very smooth, timely and respectful.
