The interview process was well designed and was an all hands effort from both senior and junior stakeholders on the LeanScale team. You gain real insight to the team and culture through each interview meeting. One of the interview steps included a role play in which you are given a data set and asked to analyze and present the data to senior leadership at a mock company. Having many different team members involved at different stages of the process show how supportive and invested the entire team is in the success of the company.

It was short and efficient. Multi-stakeholders were brought in during my evaluation so I was constantly meeting different team members. They were pretty straight forward when it came down to compensation expectations which was incredibly helpful.
