The recruiter said the company is all about "culture" so I was excited about learning more about the company. But the phone interview with the hiring was anything but culture.
She asked very specific questions on how I manager, how I communicate, and wanted specific examples on how I implemented change. The feeling I got was that big changes are coming for the company, and the startup culture will soon be gone. Very different than what their website advertised.
Seemed like it would be a horrible place to work in the near future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback!
Since day 1, my co-founder and I have strived to cultivate a people-first environment of collaboration and meaningful connections. As we scale to the next phases of growth we’ve seen a lot of changes at Leanplum but we continue working towards an environment in which authenticity and inclusion are the foundation.
As a CEO of Leanplum, I am personally committed to enhancing our company culture and I can assure you that your feedback will be taken into consideration!
