I had a video interview a few years ago. It went as expected for a consultant role. Then, the interviewer asked if I had a family during my interview. Caught off guard by this question , I answered, "yes". Then, he explained that he was just making conversation. He told me he had a dog. I never heard back from this company. Probably best.
