I went through a 7-round process for a Junior Graphic Designer role—covering HR, a Design Case Study, Team Lead, Marketing Manager, People Ops, a Personality Test, Marketing Lead, and finally the CEO. After all these stages and a final reference call, I was rejected for 'minor concerns' that should have been addressed in round one. Subjecting a junior candidate to this many stages in 2026 is absolute exploitation. It's clear the company lacks internal alignment and doesn't know what they are looking for. Your hiring system is broken; please stop wasting candidates' time and streamline your process to be more decisive and respectful.

Ich habe an mehreren Interviewrunden teilgenommen und alle waren ausgesprochen positiv. Am besten hat mir gefallen, dass ich sowohl während der Gespräche als auch am Schluss, als ich die Stelle leider nicht bekommen habe, ausführliches Feedback erhalten habe, was ich verbessern könnte. Nie hatte ich das Gefühl nur ein weiterer Kandidat im Prozess zu sein.
