Spent a half hour listening to HR describe the company. They required applicants to work on a project taking at least 3 full time days to be considered. I told them I required compensation in the case of not being hired, as I've been burned in that area before. They told me no, it was part of the "interview process." Their company is too new to be demanding free project work; the whole thing sounds sketchy.
