I applied online. I interviewed at LearnUp (Manila, Manila)

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at LearnUp (San Francisco, CA) in July 2016
Interview
The interview process began with an initial phone screen where I was asked about my background and experience at previous companies. Then it went on to a Skype interview where I was asked situational questions. After that I went in for an in-person interview where I was asked to perform an implementation exercise. The exercise asked me to design and present an implementation plan for a new client. I went on to interview with two additional people, the last interview was supposed to be with their CEO which I didn't make it to. I understand they are a small company so ever hire is vital to their overall health and well-being, which justifies the lengthier process.
