I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LearnWorlds (Athens, Athens, Attica) in Feb 2025

      Interview

I recently interviewed for a Senior PHP Software Engineer role at LearnWorlds, and the whole experience was genuinely great. From the initial contact to the final offer, everything was well-organized, transparent, and respectful of my time. The interview process included technical discussions that were thoughtful and relevant to real-world work—not just algorithm puzzles for the sake of it. I appreciated that the questions gave me space to explain my approach and discuss actual experience, rather than just testing rote memorization. What stood out the most was the people. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. I felt like they were not only evaluating my skills, but also trying to make sure I’d be a good fit for the team—and vice versa. The process moved at a steady pace, and communication was consistent throughout. At no point did I feel lost or in the dark, which is unfortunately not always the case in tech hiring. Advice to future candidates: Be ready to talk through your code and your thought process. The team values clarity, quality, and collaboration—just as much as they value technical ability. I’m really excited to be joining LearnWorlds and looking forward to contributing to a team that seems genuinely supportive and forward-thinking
