I was new to job-seeking and the interviewer was very encouraging. Most questions were about one NLP project I did and she asked a lot of follow-ups. After three rounds, they gave a virual tour around the office. The interviewer literally held the laptop to show me around. The office was just as I imaged a tech startup to be. I enjoyed talking to people in the team. I gave up the offer for another full-time SDE offer. It was not an easy decision because the work at learnable is more related to my interest.
