I was interviewed by the Area Manager. She was nice. She was thorough. She asked various scenario questions about angry parents or how to handle employees. Applied online. Got contacted about a week later. Schedule the interview a week after that. Heard back two weeks after that that I had gotten the position.

Interview
Phone interview with recruiter, then in person interview with district manager, then phone interview with HR manager, then in person interview with divisional vice president. It was long and drawn out with repetitive questions, but they have to find the right person for the job.

I was first screened by a recruiter. She did a phone screen, ran a background check andt contacted my references. I was interviewed with a DM one on one. Lastly I had a final interview with two DMs and the Division Vice President in a group setting.
