Easy. I came in and talked about my love for children and how I could make a difference for the center. I was asked no questions really. They needed help bad! The job is very stressful

What is a positive behavior technique I would use.
The interview was a combination of a general conversation and structed questions. I was asked questions in regards to my professional accolades and what my ideal response would be to specific conversations.
