Easy process, no pressure and employer very polite. They will mostly ask common sense questions, and the employer definitely asks about your ambitions and value, with some situation type questions.

Interview
First was the interview over the zoom. Questions were classic behavioral question, discussing situation and my past experience. Couple days later was invited for second interview that was in person. During that interview just discussed the pay, scheduling and when you can start.After 1 week was given an offer that I declined.
