I was interviewed online for a role in which I consider myself well-qualified for. I was told I would hear back within a week or so following the interview. I followed up within 2 weeks as I did not hear anything back, and did not receive a response to that email. I received a follow-up 3 weeks later where I was told they were moving forward with another candidate. I understand things like this can happen, but the role was not filled in their career site and was in fact reposted on other job sites afterwards. Despite the companies response, they were not truthful that the position was filled. Better transparency would go a long way for this company.

A couple phone interviews and 2 separate onsite interviews over the course of 6-weeks, after which they never communicated back...ever. I would not recommend working for this company based on the recruiting process. Just as a candidate is expected to put their best forward, I expect the same of the company I'm interviewing with. If this was their best, then this company and leadership has serious problems. It is evident that they have little respect for other people's time.
