I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Learning Solutions Kids in Sept 2016
Interview
Quick phone interview about 15 minutes.
In-person interview.
While waiting in the office for my interview I heard the receptionists talking about getting a different job. When asked if $11-15 an hour was alright I asked for $13. The interviewer seemed annoyed. She could have at least covered her reaction.
Got an offer but declined it. They offered me $11 an hour. That is too cheap for someone driving 30+ miles at least twice a day working with children who have special needs.

Interview
Applied online and was called soon after for a phone interview. Following the phone interview they asked me to come in for an in person interview shortly after. The screening is mostly to see if you have the basic qualifications before filling out the application you would bring to the interview.

Extremely simple since they are hiring anyone they can get their hands on. We went into an old office room and talked for maybe 15 minutes, I received a call the next day.
