Total waste of time. The pre-recruitment process was far more time-consuming and taxing than I had anticipated. In addition to the training, I was required to provide a proof of fiscal residence, a document that took me a week to obtain, well before having any certainty about the outcome of my candidacy. This level of administrative and preparatory work, prior to a final decision, was completely unnecessary, since I was later rejected.
I also feel that the feedback provided could have been more transparent and concrete, so that I could better understand the specific factors influencing their decision. Quite disappointing.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're sorry to hear the process felt disappointing.
We understand that some of the administrative steps can feel early in the process. However, they’re in place to help avoid moving candidates through several interview stages only to later discover documentation issues.
We appreciate your time and effort, and wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Learnlight (Reading, England) in Dec 2020
