The company human resources manager contacted via electronic mail. We corresponded about the details of the position which was a full time senior systems administrator role working out of the location of manassas. We then discussed setting a meeting for a phone screen. It was decided that we would have the phone screen one week later at 10 am eastern standard time.

Very nice one, with several key people from different departments. Very positive experience. My first impression was "I will be integrated here very nicely", and as a foreigner, that was very important to me
