Interview
Got an automated email promising a prompt call back or return, and that "every applicant will hear back, even if they are not retained". 4 months in and no news. Just bad practice. Why go out of your way to say you'll reach out if you never do.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LeddarTech
Interview
Overall, the interview process consisted of four rounds: an initial recruiter screening, a 1 hour 45 minute technical interview, an interview with the HR manager, and a final on-site interview. The technical interview went beyond just the resume and dove deep into implementation details. The questions were very practical and closely aligned with real challenges in the role.
