Recruiter calls or emails then ghosts after ending initial call on a positive note. Said they would email an invite for interview with a lead, but no response after.
Waste of time, bad talent team.
If it's a no at this point, might as well say it.
Bit of a weird way to reject someone
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ledger (Paris) in June 2024
Interview
J'ai passé quatre entretiens :
Premier entretien : Une découverte de l'entreprise, une présentation de mon parcours et des discussions sur le poste à pourvoir.
Deuxième entretien : Un test technique.
Troisième entretien : Un test d'architecture ainsi que des questions sur la blockchain et son fonctionnement.
Entretien final : Une rencontre avec le N+2.

Question 1
On m'a demandé de définir ce qu'est un node dans le contexte de la blockchain, son rôle, et comment il participe au réseau (validation des transactions, maintien de la chaîne, etc.).
I had multiples remote interviews. First I had one with HHRR, after check my team fits with developers, finally code interview with the team lead. Basically the asked me about Code, conduct and cryptos.
