The interview took almost 3 hours. I met with many people and talked to them about their experience working in the office and how they got to where they are now. I also toured around the office and saw the breakroom and different offices.
I interviewed at Lee & Associates (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
We conducted two rounds. Both were well conducted and comfortable. Management was very conversational but not afraid to ask questions requiring some in depth responses. Previous work in an administrative role is nice, but tech-savvy candidates with real estate experience can do well in this interview.

Question 1
What kind of administrative responsibilities have you had related to Commercial Real Estate Brokerage or Property Management?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lee & Associates (New York, NY) in Jan 2021

Straightforward. I met with the principals of the firm and then the heads of the sales and leasing teams. They were to the point and really were trying to get at the skills I could bring on board.
