      The interview process at LNOX is demanding. There are 2 rounds involved and the process tends to be lengthy with significant emphasis on details, documentation, and past experiences. HR is very strict in screening and often raises repeated follow up questions, which can make the process feel challenging and, at times, unnecessarily difficult. Communication can be slow, and candidates may feel that requirements or expectations shift during the process. HR scrutiny is heavy and minor issues are sometimes escalated, which adds pressure and prolongs decision making. Overall, this company too many decision makers, HR also plays a very strong gatekeeping role
