Leegality interview questions

Interview went 90% well, yet got rejected. Seems like they’re not looking for problem solvers, just people who’ve memorized dsa answers. Disappointing to see companies prioritize rote knowledge over real thinking. If you expect perfect answers to every question, maybe you're hiring for memory, not skill.

I applied through LinkedIn, and the response time was fast, just one day. Leegality has only one technical writer, who is also my interviewer and likely has around 3-4 years of experience. Since the interviewer is relatively new, he's adhering strictly to the processes followed in his organization, wanting everything to align with the current procedures in place. This approach gives a sense of consistency, but it also means that there may be limited flexibility. In short, I feel they are looking for someone who fits well within their existing processes, rather than a person with the ability to grasp complex concepts and simplify them into easy-to-understand knowledge base articles.
