It was fairly straightforward. Two rounds. The first round is just a phone interview. And the second round is teaching a class. The whole process was very chill. Interviewers were really nice.
I interviewed at Legal Outreach (Queens Village, NY)
Interview
It was a 20 minute phone call and then a zoom where I taught a lesson the week after. They were extremely kind and I felt super comfortable. It was casual.
Interview Process is thorough—I was required to prepare a 20-minute lesson based on a piece student writing for final round interview. We performed a mock class where a couple of interviewers played the role of students while I gave the lesson.
