Interview
1. Screening mit HR und Teamlead: ca 45min, sehr angenehm, nichts aussergewöhnliches.
2. Präsentation vor dem Team: Vorbereiten einer Präsentation eines für sie relevantes Projektes, welches ich einmal gemacht habe. Präsentation ca 20min, anschliessend Fragen der Teammitglieder. Danach konnte ich dem Team noch Fragen stellen. Total ca. 1h. Angenehm, keine besonders schweren Fragen.
3. On sight Interviews. (wurde ich nicht mehr eingeladen, da entschieden wurde die Stelle intern zu besetzen).
It was quite detailed, had 2 calls, not so technical I would say. I did not have to do any technical challenge but had to present a project I completed previously.

Visit of company's products, chat with HR and the team. Very friendly exchange, and interesting chats. More companies should follow. Questions about why I wish to live my city and how I act in a team.
