Thoroughly enjoyable experience and very fair assessment. Throughout the process I was in no doubt that there was genuine interest in understanding what my skills were, how they could best find a place and mature further in their organisation, together with areas where I needed to improve a little more.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
During the technical test I was asked to write a small program to solve a problem.
Initial call with recruiter, followed by one virtual and one onsite interview.
Interaction with the recruiter was pleasant and they kept me updated during the process.
However, and after several months, I retracted my application because the final decision process was intransparent.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions were appropriate, mostly about my background and experience/skills. Also the usual questions such as „have you ever worked with difficult people and how did you deal with them?“
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Leica Microsystems (Jurong West New Town, ) in July 2024
Interview
Very intense and hostile, dont join unless you can play politics. Had 2 Interviewers and one of them raise her voice deliberately at me for not being able to respond excellently or outstandingly. It was a deliberate attempt to provoke me and see how well i respond to pressure. I decided not to take up the offer in the end.
