Interview
I interviewed for a software developer position. It was fairly easy. I walked into a room with 4 panelist and I was asked about my career background as well as which technologies I was most comfortable with. I was then asked a series of random technical questions.
Phone screening followed by one on one interview. The one on one made no sense, there was no structure and the questions that were asked weren’t even for listed technologies or languages that were in the job description.
Simple and just general coding questions. Prepare knowledge of Java and PL/SQL. Understanding of Agile and Scrum. Understanding how to create Jar and Wars. Using TortoiseSVN. Security questions. General coding and developer questions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Leidos (Melbourne)
Interview
Technical interview was hard but fair. All was well until we got into the HR questions. HR and psychometric interview questions straight out of ChatGPT. Some not relevant at all.
